I came in to get my acrylics off. I have done this a handful of times and never have I left with nails like this. I compared the person cutting my nails ti how I cut my dog's toenails. I did this as a joke like he's gonna use regular nail clippers in a minute and shape my nails like they've done every single time at any other salon, I've been to. No he told me to go wash my hands. I came in to get my nails fixed and they did not hesitate to fix them at no cost. They were very polite,Cindy did a very good job.
