Got nails (dip) and feet (gel) done for an upcoming cruise. Came Wednesday (July 30,2025) and 2 of my dip nails have already popped off and we haven’t even started our vacation. I have not been in a pool or the ocean at all, but they suggested I get dip because it should be able to withstand that anyway. Aside from the two popped off nails, I can tell most of the others are likely going to come off next. Been going there for years. Love the techs and atmosphere there. Will definitely be going there for years to come.
A friend and I went for a pedicure, will not return there again. Paid $50 for a deluxe pedi and definitely was not worth the price. Wish I wld have read the reviews before going there. Told owner we were not happy with it but he didn’t seem to care so would not recommend them
This is the first time I've ever had horrible service here. My pedicure (gel) is already chipped. I didn't get the massage or lotion with my DELUXE pedicure. And the lady didn't even finish, she had a gentleman come finish he was very nice but my polish is not up to parr
