I had an appointment with Lynn. She was on her phone the whole time. Walked off once with her phone in the middle of doing my nails. Came back and did a little more then got up grabbed her keys then left without saying a word. Had to wait for another tech to finish their client then finish my nails. Personal problems with the person on the phone. Will never use her again. Very unprofessional and not worth my hard earned money.
The pedicures are so relaxing. They offer a free adult beverage with any service. Can't beat that! :)
Service can be hit or miss depending on which nail tech you get. I have had some great experiences here and some not so great. They have a relaxing pedicure section in the back. The last time I was in the salon, it was not clean like I expected and my nail tech ripped my skin when peeling off my cuticles and was quite painful. But again can be good service if you get a good nail tech.
This has got to be by far the best nail spa I have ever been to in Nashville!!!! They are not only good with their talent but heir customer service is on point!!! They hold a very decent and respectful conversation with you from the time u come in til the time you leave. Me and my daughter are very happy we came and will b back! #cantgetbetterthanthis
This has to be the coolest nail salon I have ever been to. Its decorated so nice and the people that do nails are so good! Plus they all speak very good english. Kim did my Pink and White nails today and of all the years I have got my nails done she is the best! Oh yeah I forgot to mention free wine! I found the best nail salon in Nashville and I can't wait to come back! Best kept secret in town! I love them!!!
