I love this place! The staff are so friendly and very helpful. They took their time to do what needed to be done and didn't try to rush through it. It took more than 2 hours to do what I needed done and two of them worked together so they could get it done right and before they closed. But they told me not to worry about the time, they would stay as long as needed! They never left me to take care of another customer like some other places I've been. Hands down #1 nail shop in fort smith !! Top tier service made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed , they reassured me and my sister multiple times and everything turned out perfect ! Will definitely be back ♥️
Popped in for a quick fill, and one lady was napping in a pedicure chair, but another did my nails she was very slow but very kind so I tried to be patient.... 1 hour later she finished my fill got ready to polish. only to have another lady come over to what I thought was polish but she started all over? I was very confused and she was very rough and really did a terrible job shaping them and literally said it was because my nail was crooked on my hand when it was not crooked before she went to filing.
