Kevin was so amazing! He fixed my nails after they chipped and he was so nice about it!
I have been going to the same nail place for 15+ years. Unfortunately they changed owners and do not offer the same services. Went to Lux to try to find a new place. Went with a friend. Both of us have chips and cracks after 2 weeks. Never in 15 years have i ever had a chip or crack. I am so disappointed For the prices we paid, nails should last longer than 10 days. Going to go to another place tomorrow. Beware of Lux if you are not a regular, you are not treated like they care if you come back.
I just left the spa. I had a pedicure and my eyebrows done. The staff was friendly the prices are reasonable and the service was very quick and done professionally. I highly recommend.
Tom is the best! I will definitely be back so much care went into the shaping and design
