Unfortunately had a horrible experience (I'm a licensed manicurist/cosmetologist). First bad sign was they weren't allowing my son be by me and having to be by the front door. Not safe. One of them finally told him it was fine to sit by me. VERY rushed pedicure (didn't even use a cuticle pusher and went straight for the nippers) and when I commented about not trimming any dead cuticles on my toes she took it upon herself to CUT MY TOE NAIL SIDES- WHICH IS ILLEGAL. Wonderful staff, beautifully decorated nail spa, and great service. We both had spa pedicure with hot rocks and manicures. Everyone was so friendly & wonderful.
i tried being nice about this in the store but they BUTCHERED my eyebrows. My brows were so full before with somewhat of an arch and now theyre waxed into a tadpole shape and uneven. I am beyond angry
