Worse pedicure by the old lady, she doesn’t understand English very rough , quick less than 15 minutes for my pedicure. Never go back and I will tell my daughter not come back there either

I am come in yesterday for a pedicure with my 2 daughters. While my daughter’s services were perfect. I had a negative experience with the lady who can’t speak English. She was very rude and rough unprofessional and dismissive when I asked for extra attention on my heels. I will return but I will definitely be requesting a different nail tech next time

UPDATE: I tried walking in this morning since they don’t honor booked appointments and I was told that since I did not have an appointment I could not be seen because they were fully booked. Make that make sense. I guess you have to know the staff personally to be seen here. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Booked an appointment online a day prior and received a text message when I was on my way to the appointment saying they were busy and that I needed to reschedule. It is so hard to find a good nail salon. Either it smells like cigarettes, the staff always seems annoyed, they overcharge, or they just don’t do a good job. BUT, I have finally found a salon that rises far above the rest – Nails Lounge in Marble Falls, just steps from the bridge. The salon is so clean, the staff is beyond kind, and my fingers and toes have never looked better; they always do a fantastic job! I highly recommend Nails Lounge and give five big, shiny stars!
