Very disappointed with my experience. The salon did not feel clean to me, the staff was rude, and the services I expected were not fully provided. Overall, I did not have a positive experience.
Jasmine is the best
In the past I've had a good experience there. This time however I made an appointment to get a dip and when I showed up they just told me, "nobody's available to to do your nails." They didn't offer to make a new appointment they didn't offer any kind of arrangement for me to come back and get them done. This has to be some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Jasmine is AMAZING!! I got LCN gel here with the tips and it was SO reasonably priced. Jasmine was so clean, kind, and she is an impressive woman to get to know! I came in with super thin and brittle nails and asked her if she recommended doing the LCN with or without the tips and she was so helpful in making the decision, yet she never made it seem like she was trying to upsell anything.
