Went in this place for a pedi. It was average. Went in a few days later for a soak off and manicure on my natural nails. She chopped off my tips without paying attention and cut my natural nails as well. She then gave me two of the tiniest little dishes to soak off in. It was truly physically painful. During soak off she used the dremel to get the acrylic off. She cut my cuticles like 5 times as well as actually drilling my actual nails and it was hot and painful. Beautiful!!! I am so happy when I look at my nails! They did them so perfect. Cats eyes on hands, Sparkles on toes. Awesome customer service! (fill in hands, gel toes)
