I’m extremely happy with the service I received. The staff are so kind, friendly, and compassionate, especially when caring for seniors. They even helped me put on my socks and shoes without hesitation. Their kindness made me feel like I was part of the family. I highly recommend this place!
I was disappointed with my experience. From the beginning, I felt that my ideas weren’t taken seriously. I came in with a design in mind, but both technicians told me it wouldn’t work and suggested I choose something else. When I came up with another idea, they dismissed that as well, so I ended up going with a design they approved instead. The nail technician also seemed impatient throughout the appointment. I am absolutely in love with my cats-eye diamond nails from Sang. He does an amazing job, and has a beautiful soul. He also did cats-eye moon on my toes and gifted me with a heart on my big toe to which I am totally in love with; sorry I don't have a photo of my toes. I have been coming here for well over 10 years and the service and my experience never disappoints.
