I've been going to Spa Nails Salon for years. They were originally located on 161st and Spring Mill rd. Now they moved to new location in Carmel . I have never been disappointed with the service I have received. I always have had Kim, or Tony service me. They are friendly and nice. Highly recommend !!!!
So great to get my pedicure after a long day! They always do a great job. their new owner/manager is very friendly and experienced.

Stay away from this one. I went into Spa Nail 2 to get a nail done and decided to go back for the other nine fingers. They charged me to remove the old gel nails, which I have never experienced before. The nail technician cut my nails so short I thought she was going to cut my finger. In the end she did cut the side of my thumb. I was outraged that they would overcharge me compared to other nail salons. I told them I could not get my nails done every two weeks if I was going to be charged like that. I went in on a Saturday a... read more
Horrible experience! They reuse the nail polish remover that they soak your nails in to take off a shellac manicure! Disgusting! While washing my nails I saw the employee take the bowl of liquid that had floating pieces of skin and nail polish residue in it And funnel it back into the container- gross! They did a poor job of shaping my nails and their nail polishes are old! Don't go here!
This was my first and last trip to this salon. I called and made an appointment for a 7:30 manicure and pedicure. When I arrived I was told they close at 7:30 but were doing me a favor by staying open late. They did the manicure and pedicure at the same time so I was in the salon less than 30 minutes. I have been going to Spa Nails ll since they opened. At first I was so pleased because the ladies there are so friendly, the prices were very reasonable and most of all they the tools were properly cleansed to prevent cross infection from person to person. I was there several weeks ago and I noticed that the manicurist once done with me, took the tools to the sink and washed them with hand soap, rinsed them with tap water and returned the tray to her station.
