I’m extremely disappointed and concerned after my experience at this salon. The nail technician repeatedly cut into the skin around my cuticles and toes, causing me to bleed multiple times. Despite showing clear signs of pain, they continued without adjusting their technique or apologizing. Since the appointment, the areas have become infected, and I’ve had to seek treatment. Had acrylic nails done however less than 24 hours later, a couple of them cracked without any rough use. Really disappointed with the durability, especially given the price. I expected them to last much longer. Will definitely not recommend going to nail idol .
If I could give negative stars I would…. The worst unrelaxing nail experience I’ve EVER had….. they were extremely rude…. I don’t think they realised I could understand what they were saying in their language…. Also a older lady came in wanting a certain colour one of the girls yelled we DONT have that colour to the poor lady… you could just tell they didn’t want to be there or are enjoying their jobs…. I walked in this morning to get my nails done and Sydney was called to do my full set but she took a look and said to her colleague nah you can do her and chose a white customer over me. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I’ve never been this furious. The girl who was doing the other woman’s nails came to me and I asked her if she’s ok because Sydney was rude to her too. I have never felt the need to write a review on a service i have received but this was abhorrent. I am struggling to type because of the absolute troll nails they put on me. I wanted to give this place a go because i wanted to try the BIAB which they offered. I knew as soon as they clipped my nails to glue the tips on, they were already trimmed and filed before i came in and they trimmed them shorter again and trimmed most of them way too short and it hurt.
