Worst manicure I've ever had in my life! I needed to soak off a gel manicure and the woman made me soak my hands in nail polish remover for a half hour- which dried out my hands for about a week. Half way through soaking, she tells me it's an extra $10 to remove the gel ($11 if I use a credit card) but only $5 if I get another gel manicure. Ridiculous.
