I was really looking forward to getting a pedicure over the weekend & thankfully Nail Haven had availability for a walk-in appointment. The salon is very clean & what was very appreciated was that they actually clean, disinfect, and use single use items the problem way. Some shops don’t so I was very pleased to see they do. Mary is the Best for a perfect pedicure.
First time going here! The atmosphere is nice, clean, and there was no wait. My only issue is I was never asked what type of pedicure service I wanted, therefore, they only did a basic pedicure. As it was my birthday, I was going to splurge and get a volcano pedicure (more $) but again, they never asked. In one way it sucks because I didn’t get a hot stone massage, but in the other way how would they even know which pedicure to do if they never ask the customer?
