I am bad at confrontation and did not say anything in the moment, though I really wish I had. I went in for a manicure and the lady who did my nails used dirty tools. The cuticle cutter had dried skin caked on it before she used it on me. She painted my nails terribly; polish over my cuticles, very uneven layers, and her own very long nails left indents in the polish. I really enjoyed getting my nails done here. The technician was skilled and friendly. My nails look fresh and elegant. I will return soon.
I have been getting hard gel for a long time and I have never had it fall apart in three days. Very disappointed.

First I off the lady that did my nails was rude. I didn't like the shape she was doing on my nails and just ended up leaving unhappy cause she couldn't get it right. The 4.1 star rating is a lie. $55 for a shitty fill
