Honestly, I was very disappointed with my experience at Nail Forte'. This is my third time here and each time I came after work because not only are they near my job but the reviews. Each time my experience has been less pleasant and today was filled with mix emotions. When arriving I was asked about which serviced I wanted, in which I replied "manicure and pedicure.' The staff was very friendly. They did my nails even after they were closed.
Last minute on a Friday, daughter wanted mani/pedi. I was out of town, headed back in. She stayed open LATE just so I could have a mani/pedi session with my daughter. They did a wonderful job for both of us. My daughter even had her brows waxed and had NO problems. I will be back for more waxing and more pedicures. If you live in the Woodruff Road area, there's no reason not to stop in.
The staff was very friendly and courteous, but they used dirty tools and I walked away with a nasty toenail fungus. I wouldn't recommend them.
