I have gotten my nails, toes, waxing, and eyelashes done by this business for several years. The service has always been average but, their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I got my nails done and paid by credit card. I wasn t charged once, twice, three, times NO, I was charged $47.00 four times. I understand mistakes happen, it was the way I was treated when I needed assistance for my refund. I called spoke to a manager/owner and was told to get a statement from my bank and to bring it in. I've been going to this place for 2 years now and I realized about 6 months ago that they are not sanitizing or cleaning their nail equipment at all. I keep going because they actually do a great job on your nails.
