They took their time, the cleanliness of the facility, and made sure I was okay
I was very disappointed with the hygiene standards. The tools used for manicures and Bio Gel services, especially nail files and nail clippers, are reused between customers without being properly sanitized. This is a serious hygiene concern, and I hope the salon takes sanitation between clients more seriously.
Awful experience went in for shellac pedicure and mind u I've never been there before because im from kitchener. First the girls were just sitting there until one of the guys from reception said I was waiting and when one of them decided to get up she started complaining mind u I understand. Then she didn't soak my feet prior to cutting my nails, on top of everything she cut me. No sorry or nothing came out of her mouth she look at me like I was the problem.
