Please don't advertise that you accept walk-ins if you don't. It's frustrating to arrive expecting service only to find that's not actually the case. Also, even when I have an appointment, you're consistently running late. Improving communication and staying on schedule would go a long way toward creating a better customer experience, and it may help improve your ratings.

My daughter and I visited as walk-ins and the ladies were friendly and accommodating. My daughter got sick (apparently sensitive to chemical smells). She was so embarrassed. Her nail tech was empathetic and gracious--going the extra mile, even wiping off and bagging her handbag!.. There was no shame--and a lot of extra work she did for her, being my daughter's nails were mid-progress. I was so thankful for the gentleness kindness and care shown. I’m so incredibly upset. I’ve been a loyal customer coming to this place for 10 years. I’ve come to my appointment at 5:55, thinking my appointment is at 5:50. They said it’s at 5:45, and turned me away because they gave my appointment to someone else. There is always at least a 10 minute grace period, but at least I’d expect a call to confirm. I have paid for childcare to come, and arranged my day to be here this late because it was the only spot. I was never treated this way before. Such a disappointment.
