Such a great experience, it was very neighborhood-y with locals coming in and out the whole time I was there, clearly on great terms with the staff. People greeting each other by name. I loved the vibe. This photo is from one week after my visit — I got a regular mani/pedi and normally they would have chipped by now! Very impressed.

Love the ladies and nothing is perfect but they still do try and believe care about us. When I’m in Laguna this is where I go!

I’ve been going to this place for a while, but my most recent visit had concerns about cleanliness. I was directed to sit at a footbath, upon peering into it I saw someone else’s nail clipping. I told her it needed to be cleaned and a lady said she had yet to in the plastic liner in. I refused to sit there, and sat in the one next to it. I should have just left.

Used to be my go to salon but no longer. I called and they told me to come in a half hour. I came in and waited over an hour and there was no one available. No apologies or anything! So upsetting that they will waste my time. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
