I had an appointment today at 10:00. No one showed up to open the door until 10:15. Apparently they forgot. The owner was not very concerned about this and certainly didn’t attempt to make me feel confident. The person who did my nails was very rough, went way too fast, and my polish was sloppy. I had polish all over my toes. Please see “cleanliness” below. None of this was acceptable. All of this was very surprising because they get good reviews. I hope they were just having a bad day. But I won’t be back.

Highly recommend this place! First time here and we got a deluxe pedicure that was amazing. They were extremely thorough and did a great job. It was very relaxing and we will definitely be back here again!
