ABSOLUTE GARBAGE PLACE! Unpleasant. Unprofessional. Unhygienic. By far one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. The salon was visibly dirty, and the tools and equipment did not appear to be properly sanitized. Cleanliness should be the absolute minimum at any nail salon, but I left feeling uncomfortable and questioning the hygiene standards. The staff were rude, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional. I’d zero star this place if i could. I got bio gel nails done by lee? and generally LOVED IT but the chrome gold tips needed to be fixed on three nails. The colour didn’t stick properly and the tips had slight lumps on two so she told me to come back the next day to fix it. I went back and another lady took the colour off all my nails entirely and began redoing it all only to pass me off to yet another lady who proceded to do the tips wider than i wanted and also ran out of my original colour (gold) midway.
