Extra dollar charge for nail file. This should simply be included in the service you are paying for. Few employees speak English and therefore, you cannot communicate what you need. There is no other service include in a bio-gel fill. No manicure where they clean your cuticles. Had to come back because the guy who did it filed them unevenly, inconsistently and they were way too thick. It was nice for them to fix them complimentary but I do not have time to do this in the future.
