I had a very unpleasant experience at Nails For You. I only asked about the price, but instead of giving me a polite and clear answer, the owner responded rudely, which immediately made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. On top of that, the staff was not friendly at all — there was no welcoming attitude or basic courtesy. I expected professionalism and respect, but unfortunately, that was completely missing here. Definitely not the kind of customer service anyone would want.

I had a very disappointing experience. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, and when I asked simple questions, he did not give proper answers. Instead of being helpful, his attitude made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, the service itself was very poor and did not meet expectations at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values good customer service and quality work.

Don't waste your money. My wife and I had appointments booked at the same time (10am). Staff didn't show up to open until after 10am. Despite having an "appointment " they took a bunch of walk ins, and now didn't have enough staff for myself. I was the only male in the place, and they didn't have enough staff despite having an appointment? I was trying to do something together with my wife. Sexism goes both ways. Just sayin.
