Paid $55 for basic mani/pedi. Foot spa was cold water. Foot still has cracked heals with dirt. They asked me to pick ONE color. After considering well over 300 colors, I guess I picked the very one they didn't have...lame. The foot and hand massage part was completed in 60 seconds. The nail dryers had who knows what inside, some kind of contamination. They speak about you in their language and I know that bc of their body language. Very obvious. If I could give half a star. I went here with my daughter today and the lady attending to us was so unprofessional and rude. I will never enter into that den. Value your money.

Terrible customer service and lack of basic nail sculpting skills.
I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews and I have to disagree. I found my nail tech Lucy a little over a year ago, and she’s had me as a loyal client ever since! I REFUSE to let anyone else touch my nails other than her. If her schedule is full when I need an appointment, I will NOT get my nails done by any other until she’s available. Every single time she does beautiful work and I am always excited to sit in her chair. It is very neat and profesional, definitely worth the money. Lucy also makes great conversation which is a plus.... read more
