Beyond mad!! This is by far my worst experience coming here I wish I would have spoke up when they gave me 2 new people not who I usually go to! I’ve been here 2 hours by French looks like crap n I had to get my own in grown out now they talking about another 30 min to get my nail polish fixed SMH THIS IS MY LAST TIME COMING HERE!!
Paid $55 for basic mani/pedi. Foot spa was cold water. Foot still has cracked heals with dirt. They asked me to pick ONE color. After considering well over 300 colors, I guess I picked the very one they didn't have...lame. The foot and hand massage part was completed in 60 seconds. The nail dryers had who knows what inside, some kind of contamination. They speak about you in their language and I know that bc of their body language. Very obvious. If I could give half a star. I went here with my daughter today and the lady attending to us was so unprofessional and rude. I will never enter into that den. Value your money.
KC is the best, Best pedicure and foot massage I have ever had. Appreciate it.
