Absolutely horrendous service. The nail technician was unfriendly from the start. She removed my regular polish, cut my nails, and then used an emery board so roughly that it caught and tore the skin around my nail. When I asked her to please be more gentle, she rolled her eyes at me. Before she started trimming my cuticles, I asked how the equipment was sanitized. I recommend nobody to go to this nail shop they overpriced you and then think that you’re not paying attention that you they over pricing you I do not recommend it. There is too high Even if you get short nails, you is going to pay $122 just for your nails you don’t have to get no design or anything and it’s still going to be that price so I recommend nobody to go there
Came here on 2/13/26 for a plain, short fullset.Was charged a few more dollars when she was finished.I asked why was I charged more than the posted amount ($43 for fullset). She said because I got an “overlay with tips”. I didnt walk in asking for that so why charge me differently?! I only have two stars because she did an ok job on my nails.I won’t be returning!
