Generally hit or miss in getting a shape other than acorn. Nails pressed on hurriedly as there was an appointment waiting. Got Kim to finish. Did not get requested shape. Had to say shape was improved to keep from getting cat nails. Three days later nails started falling off one at a time. Too many disappointments, especially since it's a treat before heading overseas, so will not be going back.
