I've been coming here for years and, until recently, I always had a great experience. The manicures were thorough, detailed, and I never had any complaints. That changed when I politely pointed out a problem with one of my no-chip manicures. There were bubbles in the polish and even what looked like an eyelash sealed into one of my nails. I simply asked if a couple of the nails could be redone or if I could be refunded for the mistake. Thomas is amazing!! He’s the only one I let service me He’s very gentle when he does my pedicures and he’s aware of my diabetes so he’s EXTRA gentle And their prices are VERY reasonable!! They are ALL very nice people☺️ I wish I could give them a hundred stars I have finally found the perfect salon
Andy did a wonderful job with my nails. He was gentle and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my nails. He took the time to listen to me. That is what impressed me most.
