Salon has no customers I walk in and they say they are closed at 6:55pm when the website state they are open to 8pm as well as their door, not sure if they just didn’t want to work but false advertising with time is crazy

Very glad to have visited before going on my first cruise out of Norfolk, VA. Was looking for a salon to visit after moving to the area from NC
I had a very disappointing experience with their manicure and pedicure services. The nail polish started chipping the next day, and they injured the skin around my nails, causing pain that has lasted for days. Staff were not polite and had trouble understanding basic communication. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
My mom and I have been here a few times, and each time, the customer service got worse. The most recent experience we had was on July 11, 2024. When we entered the shop, there were no customers being attended to. As we came in, a young-looking man saw us, and immediately his attitude changed.
