I’m really disappointed with my most recent experience at Estella. I used to get gel mani/pedis here regularly but haven’t in the last year. When I came back recently, I felt my manicure was extremely rushed and came out very sloppy. The gel is jagged near the cuticles, already chipping, and looks grown out after just a few days of getting them done. I asked them to fix a couple nails before I even left the salon, they did and then literally showed me the door before I could even ask for a receipt. Total came to $90, not inc... read more
Everyone is great here. Love Perry and his team. It is so clean, absolutely the best pedicures (and they just upgraded their massage chairs)! Love the hot stones they use. Always do a great job on my gel manicures too. Every other salon always makes me feel like an outsider but here I know I am in good hands and can have a nice chat (or zone out in silence depending on my mood). Worth a trip if you live in any of the surrounding towns or are visiting for a beach trip.
Very sad experience. I came in with my best friend, who is a loyal customer, and this was my first visit, but it likely would have become a regular spot for me if things hadn’t ended the way they did. While I was flustered with my coat, nail polish selection, and personal belongings, as I went to sit down for my pedicure, I was handing the polish to the nail tech and it accidentally dropped and shattered. Very disappointed!!!! I have been going here for pedicures for a few years. I have felt that the salon was getting "old" but felt they did a good job. Until I had my last pedicure. I watched as they cleaned the foot baths but reused the towels from previous customers. Even the one used on me. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. In good conscience I can't ignore this. I hope you learn from this and change every towel that someone else touches.
