I scheduled an appointment, traveled to the location, and was informed that there was a scheduling error which prevented them from accommodating me at the scheduled time, with the next availability being an hour later. While I acknowledge that errors can occur, a courtesy phone call would have been appreciated. I was a new client seeking services at a nail salon. This is definitely a bad impression
the service was amazing! This was my first time coming here and they impressed me. Kelly did my nails and she did an amazing job!
Great service and friendly people
Messed up the nail shape, wanted oval and got square with a rounded edge. Acrylic was glued on crooked. Overall, not a super great nail experience.
