First time there and will never be again - Walked in on a Monday morning and unsure if they do not take walk ins or what that was not told to me but what was said was smirking and the comment “I can’t believe she would just walk in for service”. I found it very off putting and rude. Could of been communicated if appointments were needed
Edited from a previous review: There was an apt mix up that caused some frustrations and the owner, Kurt, personally messaged me and reached out to me to make things right. I think as a business owner myself, that it can be hard to please all walks of life. I understand mistakes happen and he owned up to the issue, and made it right, shout out to my amazing nail tech, TA, she is kind, artistic, quick, and super friendly. Professional, on time, clean. I am always happy with any service here. It’s also my go to girl date. They always treat us well.
Kurt is wonderful, making sure you have the best technician for your service. Efficient and friendly.
Great place located in Bainbridge. As a guy, always feel welcome for my annual peddie prior to family vacation. Very nice staff
