Great place located in Bainbridge. As a guy, always feel welcome for my annual peddie prior to family vacation. Very nice staff
The staff here is friendly, which is the only reason this review isn’t one star. I came in for a pedicure, and when I went to move to the manicure station, I realized my shoes were missing. After some confusion, they admitted they had accidentally given my shoes to another customer. While they did apologize and eventually got the shoes back, they didn’t offer any kind of discount or comp. The idea of wearing shoes that a stranger wore home is completely off-putting. I am not one to leave reviews but.. I just did not like the atmosphere the girl who did my nails cut my skin and told me to relax which made me even more upset! stay far away!!

I have been a loyal customer until today, but my recent experience has changed that. My builder gel began to lift within just a few days, and despite being punctual for my appointments, I was often asked to return later due to the owner's busy schedule. On May 21, I brought my two-year-old daughter with me and was charged $25 for her visit and her nails were pealing within hours. $5-10 is more reasonable for a toddler.
