I was referred and thought I would try them out today. The owner serviced me and I was very satified. He was fast and still did a great job. Very laid back environment and very friendly! I will be returning from now on!!!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! I had been going a while, they do good work if you get the right person others rush through it and end up cutting me. I thought the owners were friendly but no there rude!! I had words with them because the women doesn't know how to talk to people. Customer service is important to me if you want to make your customers feel welcomed having a rude way of talking to them is not going help.

Well I will never go here again I been coming to them since they first came to Memphis. Yall say yall from California yall suppose to have plenty of business. Tammie and Chad yall losing customer because of your employees. I don't like everybody doing my nails. I told the employee they can do Tmy nails till she come. They refuse to do my nails so I went down the street. I can say they was A1 Nails on point. Tammie and Chad sorry yall will never ever get my business your employees are lazy.

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR HANDS AND FEET DONE AND THE OWNERS ARE SO FRIENDLY. I WOULDN'T GO ANY PLACE ELSE..THANKS NAILS COUTURE YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.
