UPDATE: Steven got me back in next day to fix my nails free of charge. I was expecting him to just fix the 4 that had fallen off, but instead he spent an hour meticulously redoing the whole set and let me change my polish and everything. Was so nice and willing to fix the mistake, did not feel like he was at all upset or rude and instead actually wanted to make sure he was providing me a quality set and service. The place was clean and staff were friendly. However my nails were super thick and uneven.i had to go home and file them to try n fix it. Haven’t been back .3 weeks later 6 out of ten of my nails have fungus on them I had to remove them.
