I am very pleased with Shay's service! I accidentally chipped a few nails and she promptly booked me to redo my whole manicure with a stronger gel, completely free of charge. Excellent customer service!

Shay has been the best nail tech I have ever had. The most kind and patient person ever. She listens to you and makes my opinion feel valid. If something is wrong she will take accountability and fix it. I could go on forever. Her technique is flawless and any design I show her she can accomplish amazingly. I booked my appointment before easter because I had to travel to windsor to get my nails done and could only manage on saturdays. I called them on saturday 2 hours before my appointment and told them to give me another slot for that day because of an emergency and she was like there are no slots available. So I requested a slot any coming day and she said no, there are none we are booked for 4 weeks.
