I have been coming here since they opened. I had a gel manicure and left in tears. The tech refused to paint to the skin so it looked like a weeks worth of growth. When I asked him to correct it he said it wasn’t possible. Then he said “I asked you if you wanted a 3rd coat.” Started yelling at me. I literally left in tears. The manager etc. didn’t apologize or check on what was happening. So after I paid for my overpriced manicure I said to the manager no one should be made to feel this way. Got my first manicure here over the weekend and I’m obsessed! It’s so cute, modern, and relaxing. Kimmie was amazing...I showed her a photo from Instagram and she effortlessly recreated it, exactly. I unusually only get my nails done for special events, but I will be a regular customer now. I’ll never go anywhere else!
TERRIBLE!! I was there for 2.5 hours and my nails look horrible!!!
