I went to Kelowna Nails Club for the 3rd time yesterday for a manicure and a pedicure and as usual was completely welcomed. This will now be the only place I go to get my nails done. The owners David and Susan are friendly and their priorities are that you are well cared for, comfortable and completely satisfied. I enjoy the knowlegable and humorous conversations we have. You really should go there yourselves!

Wreaked my nails, didn’t do what I asked for and augured with me about Matt colour, and didn’t have the colours I wanted and couldn’t run the air brush. I almost got the point of walking out. Also they dont take half the cards so they will ask you to go to independence to buy a grocery gift card for the store honestly really disappointed I wasted 80$ for ugly nails

Went here for my best friends birthday and the quality just was not there! We both went in for a full acrylic set. They did not push our cuticles back before starting, they made hers so thick her fingers are sore and sensitive now while mine are all over my cuticles and they did not even paint the full nails. I had asked for medium stiletto and got short almost almond nails I had to ask him to make them pointy even after showing a picture of what I had wanted.
