The nail tech cut me with the metal callous file. They insisted it was only a small abrasion, meanwhile it was a large gaping wound they wanted to pour alcohol in. I immediately left and went to urgent care where I needed 3 stitches to close it. The kicker is that they denied that I was hurt and that I didn't need stitches. (Said the doctors didn't know what they were doing and only wanted my money).
The WORST decision I ever made!!! My experience at Nail's Club was one of the worst ever! First, they didn't put my tips on correctly.I went back and they promised to fix them. They were even worse when I left. I returned for a third time and they wouldn't fix it. They talked down to me and had a very hard time understanding me.
