Kate is really sweet but due to recent events I won't be returning. They canceled my wedding nail appt less than a week before my appt after I did THREE bridal nail trials. This also happened with my second nail trial a few months ago, the scheduling just isn't consistent and they need a better online system. To your response: Not being able to do the date and time with the person I chose on your site IS canceling the appt. I was most impressed by the fact that they had an individually sealed, new set of tools for every customer. That's safety. Great job. Friendly, clean, I thought they could have charged more. I got a discount for paying cash. 22 because id discount.. was 23. Simple manicure.
