Very unprofessional. Their inability to check me in when I created my appointment lead to them calling me and telling me I had many no shows which is incorrect. I have been coming to this place for years now and have spent thousands. They said that they are canceling my appointment and I will only be able to do walk ins. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Your lack of keeping track of clients is not my fault.
I went there for my builder gel manicure and Lee did an amazing job, he was very meticulous, attentive to details and neat. Highly recommend it. This is the to go nail salon from now on.
This is my first time doing builder gel and Kate did such a great job at explaining everything. She did a fantastic job on my nails. I also got a pedicure by Tina and she gave me a great massage! Everyone here is so kind and warm.
