Wonderful care from the manicurist. Very kind and thoughtful. Salon was clean and organized.
The only reason this place is even recieving 1 star is bc I can’t write a review without any at all! I asked for NUDE RED TIPS! I went in for a fill in. You can clearly see where they did the fill in be it’s not even & very discolored from the original that was on there! I have always went here for many years & never any complaints! But I will NEVER & I mean NEVER come here again! I’ll make sure EVERYONE knows not to either!
Lilie and Tom at Nail City are so talented. Lilie did a fantastic job creating this beautiful look for me and Tom made my pretty 3D flower. I just told Lilie I wanted gold and white with a flower. This was the surprise creation she made for my nails. This really made my day. Thank you Lilie and Tom at Nail City. I give you 10 stars.
I have gone here for years and never had an experience like the one that happened a couple weeks ago. Since all these new workers came in the place has gone to crap. I asked for my acrylics to be soaked off because they keep taking them off with another nail and it keeps ripping my nail off. I told her three times that I wanted my set soaked off and was told “no no” all three times.
