I've been going to toe and nail center since they opened, their service is excellent, everyone is very very nice. I don't mind them talking to each other, but I married in to an immagrant family from Sicily, and I don't speak that language either. So for me them talking is no big deal. They will hand paint any design you want and their pink and white is better than any where I've gone over the past 20 years.

The worst and most unsanitary nail salon I have ever been to and ever seen! Will file complaint against with PA Health Department and Cosmetology Department. They NEVER sterilize instruments, never clean and disinfect instruments between customers. They NEVER use Lysol or Clorox to wipe down the working area to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria. We had a bad experience from the start. A week prior to our visit, we made an appointment for 3, for the bride (my sister), the Maid of Honor (me), and the mother of the bride (our mother). We got there about 10 minutes early, and our appointment was a 6:30. When we got there, we were told to sit down in the massage chairs to begin our pedicures. Horrible serevice. I don't mind a wait if I have not bothered to schedule an appointment. But when I take the time to call and schedule an appointment, and then STILL have to wait 30 minutes - someone doesn't know how to runa a business. And when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they all start talking in Taiwaneese to each other and I find to be very disrespectful to anyone, let alone a customer. No apology or explanation for the 30 minute wait - just a lot of Taiwaneese garble....

This nail salon is horrible . I went in to get a pedi and mani the owner told me I had to wait a minute so I did and didn't mind the wait but an hour later when another customer walks in she then decided to take both of us to the pedi area after waiting for an hour she comes and tell me she is going to do the customer who walks in an hour behind me first.
