Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. Within less than 48 hours, multiple nails were lifting, the chrome was peeling, and charms came off. I work wearing gloves the entire time, so this wasn’t from heavy use or misuse. When I reached out, I was told it could be related to hand placement during curing, which didn’t feel fair given how quickly the set failed. I got my nails done today with Zoe and had the best time. Such great communication and great conversation. Her work is very precise, she takes her time and pays really good attention to detail. I will be booking again!!
Came to Zoe with thin and damaged nails and she’s always prioritized my nail health and getting them stronger and healthier. She does amazing nail prep and provides high quality service. My nails last 4-5 weeks every single time. I’ve been seeing her consistently for 2 years and it’s been worth every penny.
