Where do I start? I had booked my first appointment with Zoe TOTALLY incorrect. However Zoe was so kind and explained everything that she could do. Her teaching me and advice on how to get my nails healthy again was top tier. Loved having a sitcom on while she was working. Have a very home like atmosphere. Zoe is CRAZY TALENTED. Zoe is truly amazing! She takes the time to explain the different processes with me, double checks that I like how the design comes out, and my nails stay for weeks and i get so many compliments. Her service and retention/skill is truly unmatched!
Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. Within less than 48 hours, multiple nails were lifting, the chrome was peeling, and charms came off. I work wearing gloves the entire time, so this wasn’t from heavy use or misuse. When I reached out, I was told it could be related to hand placement during curing, which didn’t feel fair given how quickly the set failed.
