I arrived at nails by yen 5.5 hours before they closed for an appointment. The tech I was scheduled with wanted me to pick a color immediately. This was a little tricky because I wanted to get a design on my fingers that would match my toes but was getting dip for my fingers and polish for my toes and there wasn’t a lot that coordinated. When I finally figured out what I wanted, she said she couldn’t do that. So I picked something else but that completely redirected what I had initially wanted for my fingers. I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! Ten was incredibly meticulous and took his time to ensure my nails were absolutely perfect. His attention to detail and dedication to quality really stood out. My nails look great, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Ten and this salon for anyone looking for top-notch service and a relaxing experience!

I came to this spa a few weeks ago and I’ve debated leaving this review. I myself am in the Spa industry as well, so I do have to deal with customer service every work day. And in my 20+ years in the service industry, I am always kind and patient with customers…even if they need a little bit of extra care that day.
