I got my nails done from them first time and it was very bad experience.will never go again. The nail technician was so careless that he cut my little finger along with cutting nail.On top of it he didn’t even had a curtesy to say sorry as he saw my finger bleeding and as I screamed out of pain. He looked at me and continues to work He didn’t even give me tissue to wipe of the blood, had to ask him to give me acetone and tissue to clean my cut and blood. They remembered my name and mani/pedi after only knowing me 1 month even though they stay pretty busy, which is nice. Vicky is very sweet as long as you don't have a problem, but any problem sours her rather than getting her to teach the tech better ways.* SNS lifted from the base cuticle area of the nail within 10 days. I’ve been coming here for months now and I don’t live close. Everyone at Nails by Vicky is amazing. They are all genuinely nice and great at what they do. Worth the 30 minute drive every time!
