I went for the 1st time to get my feet done .. I was exhausted after work and really jyst wanted some” Me time” So got me feet done went home and realized She didn’t finish painting my toes on one foot !!! I was like what Went back by that time they were closed.. Went the Next day and she laughed like it was funny .. I was like WOW no apology or discount She said I sorry ( but didnt mean it) with still a smile on her face…I definitely will not go back again !!!
I was a coustmer for her for years !! I stopped coming because it’s always long wait even if you have an appt dye to her comibg over an hour late and or no communication so I tried to give a try again and I had a 10 am appt was here at 9:50 and she’s still not here doesnt answer her co workers phone calls or mine and it’s 10:45 I don’t recommend this place ever
Prices at checkout are way higher than what they have listed. Inconsistent pricing. Greedy
I can't give 0 horrible customer service. I made an appointment for 4:30. They started doing my toes on time but when the lady was doing my hands, she just left me there to take care of another customer...I was livid because I had my time already planned. That's the reason why I set up an appointment. I was about to leave and she wanted to charge me as she did my hands too. Which she didn't. I decided to wait for her to finish my manicure at this point. She finished. She charged me more than what she originally told me. ....... read more
