I had an appointment on Friday at 4pm and received a text message 20min before my appointment that her shop LED lights went out and she was unable to do my nails. I rescheduled for Monday at 10am. Monday at 9:44am I received a text saying she had a flat tire and was unable to do my nails again. Super disappointing.
Baldi is extremely talented, friendly, and priced very fair. She created a custom nail look for me and I'll be back time and time again! I'm so glad I found a bomb nail designer in Cleveland!
I so love my nails. I look at them all the time and they make me happy. So beautiful. Thank you again😘👏🏾🙏🏾 A true artist committed to her art and very conscientious.
