I recently moved to Ohio from Arkansas. I’m very picky when it comes to my nails. I tried several different places before I found the best. Mrs. Susan gets back with you promptly and is so kind. I see her every 4 weeks for a dip manicure and full pedicure. She is top notch and I’ve never had any issues. She works with you on your times you need that’s convenient for you. Absolutely incredible! Susan is very kind & amazing at what she does. She went above and beyond ! This was my first time getting a manicure & a pedicure & she made it was very comfortable experience. I highly recommend her!
I had my nails done by Susan for the 1st time today. She's very kind and punctual. They turned out beautiful, she even talked me into a different shape and I love them. I've gotten several compliments already. I'll definitely go back on a regular basis and maybe a pedicure here and there.
Susan is very detail oriented. After getting my nails done at other salons (dip) it would break after a few days. Susan doubled dipped mine (added extra layers) and it no longer breaks. That’s huge for me cos my hands are always in water. So I’m pretty happy about that. And her work space is always clean and she’s such a sweet person. I’m always happy after my nail appointments and my kids compliment them. I highly recommend her.
