My tech rushed the whole process and I understand if you have alot of clients, but thats not an excuse to skip over important steps like cutting the cuticles or cutting the natural nails. At this point I could've gotten fake acrylics for $10. Due to the fact that my tech was rushing, my skin got cut from the buffer and some of my fingers are raw now because she filed them too fast. At the end some of my nails were bleeding. Im puzzled that I let myself pay 50 dollars when I was basically treated with poor customer service 💀
They are amazing. They’re fast, get the job done, and each technician does a quality job. The male pedicure technician (Matt) is the best on the east coast. He will have you asleep after 5 minutes!
