Sebastian did a FANTASTIC job on my nails and pedicure. Took time on making sure everything was clean and looked nice. Atmosphere is private and relaxing. I’ve never lived my nails so much. I will be returning!
I have been going to Sebastian for a little while now because I wanted an independent nail tech. Which is extremely hard to find in this area. At first my experience was great, then overtime it wasn’t. My scheduled appointments were starting to get pushed to 30 mins late, there was never any sort of apology or explanation which I am a very understanding person. Had an appointment with Sebastian that got moved to earlier upon their request, but they were still not prepared come time of the appointment time. Never introduced themselves or spoke to me if not about the actual nail appointment request. Spent the first 30 minutes of the appointment texting the entire time in between doing my nails, and never explained if it was for an emergency or not.
