VERY rude staff, on top of just not friendly or good service, we were quoted $45 for regular French with gel polish and $55 for deep French with gel polish, I paid in advance for me and my sister DEEP French with gel polish and she only received regular (it’s her first time so she didn’t know the difference) however I specifically asked for both DEEP FRENCH before paying (again I paid in advance) then when I pointed out that hers were regular, they did not want to fix them to deep French nor refund $10. I would avoid this establishment if possible. My wife went in to get her nails done, and was told they would not do what she was asking. That's fine. But she then asked them to just do one color. The gentleman that was helping her was very rude and told her no he would not just one color. He told her she would need to go somewhere else to get her nails done. I've never known a business to turn away a patron who is willing to pay for their service. I can understand why they have a 3.6 rating

Had the best pedicure with Carol, Today! She knew how to extract ingrown toenails and made my feet feel so much better! She was highly recommended by my dear friend, Judy!

Lack of customer service. Not very sociable and friendly. They also don’t accept appointments. They are straight business only.

They don’t take appointments but yet when you walk in they say they don’t have time for you or you have to wait forever, then when you sit down they just walk around acting like they’re in no hurry to help you, and very rude when you speak to them .
