I would avoid this establishment if possible. My wife went in to get her nails done, and was told they would not do what she was asking. That's fine. But she then asked them to just do one color. The gentleman that was helping her was very rude and told her no he would not just one color. He told her she would need to go somewhere else to get her nails done. I've never known a business to turn away a patron who is willing to pay for their service. I can understand why they have a 3.6 rating
Had the best pedicure with Carol, Today! She knew how to extract ingrown toenails and made my feet feel so much better! She was highly recommended by my dear friend, Judy!
Lack of customer service. Not very sociable and friendly. They also don’t accept appointments. They are straight business only.
They don’t take appointments but yet when you walk in they say they don’t have time for you or you have to wait forever, then when you sit down they just walk around acting like they’re in no hurry to help you, and very rude when you speak to them .
I recommend requesting the younger lady the male rushed through our pedicures and I’m very disappointed with the service I got from him!!!!
